During the first phase of the joint Task Force’s work in 2011-12, a Wi-Fi Roaming White Paper was released to address the alignment of GSMA and WBA roaming procedures. At that time the team agreed to assess additional topics in future work. They decided in Q4, 2012 to address the topics of Session Continuity (with IP preservation) and Authentication Signalling Optimisation.
